As part of its commitment to delivering high quality environmental monitoring and remote communication solutions, CBased is pleased to announce that it has entered an agreement for the purchase of the assets of Boztek Solutions Pty Ltd.
CBased has worked closely with Brett Vilnis and Boztek Solutions for over 15 years and the Directors look forward to the consolidation of the businesses, which they are sure will improve the services provided to CBased clients.
What does this mean?
- CBased will own and operate Boztek assets, including all servers and cloud-based infrastructure such as the Teledata/VDV portal.
- CBased will be able to directly manage changes to meet client’s needs on existing equipment previously supplied/installed by Boztek.
